For more compact materials, an inverter-controlled filling auger ensures consistency and smoothness, avoiding stratification or micro-void in the bag.

One of the strengths of the V30 vertical packaging machine is the management of the sealing stage. The bars are designed to ensure a tight seal even in the presence of residual dust, while pressure quality and temperature management ensure a clean and smooth seal. This aspect is crucial in sectors where shelf-life depends on the absence of air or moisture, as in the case of sugar or granular fertilizers.
The use of multilayer or monomaterial recyclable technical films does not affect production speed: the V30 achieves, according to the official data sheet, a throughput of up to 1 200 bags/hour on low weights.

The design of the V30 focuses on a compact yet easily accessible structure. The frame is made of stainless steel with IP65 protection in sensitive areas, making it suitable for departments with high hygiene requirements, such as food laboratories or chemical industries. The film and bag area can be reached from the front, while the forming tube can be quickly replaced, ensuring maximum uptime even during product changeovers.

Like all VAI vertical packaging machines, the V30 works with flatleaf film on a reel, allowing significant savings over the preformed bag. This allows not only a reduction in packaging costs, but also greater production autonomy between changes. Servo-driven pulling ensures perfect film centering and allows the use of thinner materials while maintaining high bag quality.
