What types of products can be packaged using your machines?

We have the following types of bags available

How do I choose the best package for my needs?

The choice depends on a combination of product, weight, and industry requirements. In any case, don’t worry—we’ll assist you throughout the preliminary analysis.

I need to pack several packages containing different types of products. Can I do this with a single machine?

Of course, once you have selected the desired weight and size range, you configure the machine to handle the types of packages you plan to process.

Can I package products that are very different from one another on the same machine?

Our technical department analyzes the optimal configuration based on the preliminary samples received; in any case, it is possible to have multiple dosing/weighing systems within the same packaging line.

What are the technical specifications of your vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machines?

VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) packaging machines are capable of producing closed, sealed packages from a roll of film, making them particularly well-suited for applications that require a high degree of flexibility in handling different sizes on the same machine.

Which dosing and weighing systems are compatible with your machines?

You can use either volumetric dosing systems (for powdered products or even liquids) or net weight or weight-deduction weighing systems

Do your machines support different types of packaging materials?

Of course, we can work with single-material products, laminated films, or even paper-only films!

What is the production speed of your automatic packaging machines?

We can provide solutions capable of handling up to 80 packages per minute per machine; however, performance depends on the selected configurations and the characteristics of both the product being packaged and the film used.

Can your machines be integrated into existing production lines?

Absolutely yes, our machines can be integrated with both product feeding lines and end-of-line equipment (checkweighers, cartoning machines, palletizers, shrink wrappers, etc.)
