Packaging line with automatic vertical packaging machine VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) and vacuum carousel for packaging bags of products, both powder and granular, up to 1kg in weight.
This solution stems from the need to increase shelf-life while ensuring product quality. It all meets with the flexibility of format and small size.
The system is already prepared to accommodate one or more dosing/weighing systems, selected by VAI based on the characteristics of the products to be packaged.
VS99 vertical packaging machines can be equipped with all the necessary accessories to obtain one or more of the following types of bags:

- With 4 welds
- With direct-to-film printing
- With automatic folding of the top flap
